Product Description
Single Phase Centrifugal MonoBlock Pump Set
SINGLA Single Phase Centrifugal Monoblock Pumpsets are made using the state of the art machinery and quality raw material thus ensuring long product life. Pump casing and impellers are designed to give better hydraulic efficiency. These pumpsets are powered by TEFC two pole motors and stators of these motors are made up of low watt loss lamination with dynamically balanced rotors for higher efficiency. These pumpsets are available in seal type (mechanical seal made of carbon and ceramic) and gland type (gland packing with stuffing box). These pumpsets are wound with high grade enameled copper wire which ensure low temperature rise during operation which improves product life. All pumpsets (Upto 2 hp ) are fitted with thermal overload protector to safeguard the pumpsets against voltage fluctuations.

Clean, thin non-aggressive, non-explosive, clear, cold, fresh water without abrasives.
Efficient Performance for Everyday NeedsDesigned to deliver reliable water flow, this monoblock pumpset is optimal for domestic water supply, irrigation, and routine water transfer tasks. The 2880 RPM motor, coupled with a single suction, closed volute and brass impeller, assures smooth, consistent operation while maintaining a noise level of less than 70 dB.
Durability Meets ConvenienceCrafted from cast iron with a powder-coated finish, the pump resists wear and corrosion. The foot-mounted structure and horizontal shaft orientation make installation straightforward, while the air-cooled mechanism and IP44 protection enhance longevity and reliability, even in ambient temperatures up to 50C.
FAQs of Single Phase Centrifugal Monoblock Pumpset:
Q: How is the Single Phase Centrifugal Monoblock Pumpset installed?
A: This pumpset is foot-mounted and comes with a horizontal shaft orientation, making it easy to install on a flat base near your water source. Standard BSP thread sizes for inlet and outlet (25 mm x 25 mm) and a 1.5 m cable simplify connections to your plumbing and power supply.
Q: What applications is this pumpset suitable for?
A: It is ideal for domestic water supply, irrigation systems, and general water transfer. Its continuous duty capability and robust construction make it suitable for homes, small farms, and commercial spaces requiring consistent water flow and pressure.
Q: When should regular maintenance be performed on the pump?
A: It is recommended to inspect the pump periodically for signs of wear, especially the mechanical seal and impeller. For environments with heavy usage, servicing every six months helps maintain optimal performance and prolongs pump life.
Q: Where can this pumpset be used effectively?
A: The pumpset is designed for use in residential, agricultural, and light industrial settings across India, thanks to its adaptability to ambient temperatures up to 50C and suitability for pressures up to 6 bar.
Q: What is the benefit of the pumps mechanical seal and brass impeller?
A: The mechanical seal reduces the risk of leakage, while the brass impeller ensures efficient water flow and resists corrosion, resulting in longer service life and reliable performance.
Q: How does the pumps cooling system work?
A: An air-cooled system dissipates heat generated during operation, allowing the pump to run continuously without overheating, even during extended periods of use.
Q: What protection does the pump offer against environmental factors?
A: Featuring an IP44 protection rating and powder-coated finish, the pump is shielded from dust, moisture, and minor water splashes, making it suitable for both indoor and sheltered outdoor installations.
