Product Description
9 Inch Borewell Submersible Pumpsets
SINGLA (9") Borewell Submersible Pump sets are made of hard wearing parts which makes the pump sets highly durable. Mixed flow submersible pump sets are fitted with stainless steel impellers (bronze impeller also available) and vital components like stage casing, suction are made of graded cast iron. Built in check valve prevents back flow and reduces the risk of water hammering. These pump sets are powered with (8") water filled rewindable submersible motors. Stators of these motors are made of low watt loss laminations which ensures higher efficiency. Dynamically balanced rotors and specially designed thrust bearings enables vibration and noise free operation with minimum wear and tear.

Exceptional Performance Across ApplicationsWith a discharge range from 150 to 1900 LPM and heads up to 460 meters, these submersible pumps are ideal for high-demand applications such as deep agricultural irrigation, large-scale water supply, and industrial usage. The available power ratings from 3 HP to 60 HP provide scalability for projects of varying sizes.
Built for Reliability and LongevityOur pump sets utilize high-quality bearings, lead bronze or stainless steel construction, and IP68 motor protection to ensure durability under continuous operation. The water-cooled, wet-type motors and sturdy mechanical seals further enhance the pumps lifespan and minimize maintenance needs.
Flexible Installation and Safe OperationDesigned for submersible mounting within 9-inch borewells, these pumps feature flexible starting methods (DOL or Star-Delta), and a robust three-core flat cable for safe power delivery. Their modular stage design enables tailored performance to specific depths, while the maximum submergence of 50 meters guarantees adaptability for deep bore installations.
FAQs of 9 Inch Borewell Submersible Pump Sets:
Q: How do I determine the correct pump model for my borewell and water requirements?
A: Selecting the right model depends on your borewells diameter (minimum 9 inches), depth, desired discharge (1501900 LPM), and head (10460 meters). Our technical team can assist with sizing based on your specific site conditions and intended usage, ensuring optimal performance.
Q: What are the primary applications for these 9-inch borewell submersible pump sets?
A: These pump sets are ideal for agricultural irrigation, water supply in municipal and industrial sectors, and any deep-well extraction where high efficiency and continuous duty are required. Their robust design makes them suitable for demanding operating environments.
Q: When should maintenance be performed, and what is the recommended process?
A: Routine maintenance is advised every 612 months depending on usage intensity. This includes inspecting the motor, mechanical seals, and bearings, as well as cleaning or replacing filters if required. Regular checks ensure peak performance and extend the equipments life.
Q: Where can these pump sets be installed and what mounting considerations exist?
A: They are designed for direct installation inside borewells with a minimum internal diameter of 9 inches. Ensure the pumps mounting position allows for adequate submergenceup to 50 metersto maintain proper cooling and stable operation.
Q: What are the benefits of using water-cooled, IP68 protected submersible pumps?
A: Water-cooled motors enhance cooling efficiency and longevity, especially under continuous operation. IP68 protection ensures the pump is dust-tight and can operate safely while fully submerged, reducing risk of failure and improving reliability.
Q: How is power supplied and started for these pumps?
A: The pumps operate on 180440V electric supply, compatible with both single and three-phase setups. Depending on model and power rating, start-up can be managed via Direct On Line (DOL) or Star-Delta starters, ensuring flexibility and safety.
