Product Description
6 Inch Borewell Submersible Pump Sets (Radial Flow 50 Feet Head)
SINGLA (6") Borewell Submersible Pump sets are made of hard wearing parts which makes the pump sets highly durable. Radial flow (50 feet head) pump sets are fitted with stainless steel impellers and stage casing. Built in check valves prevent back flow and reduces the risk of water hammering. These pump sets are fitted with water filled rewindable submersible motors with stators made of low watt loss laminations which ensures higher efficiency. Dynamically balanced rotors and specially designed thrust bearings enables vibration and noise free operation with minimum wear and tear.

High-Performance Water DeliveryDesigned with radial flow impellers and multistage construction, this submersible pump excels in high-pressure, high-efficiency water supply for agricultural irrigation, industrial processes, and domestic needs. Its self-priming capability ensures continuous operation without manual intervention.
Built to Withstand Demanding ConditionsFabricated from stainless steel and featuring a copper wound motor, the pump resists corrosion and maintains consistent performance in diverse environments. Mechanical seals further enhance durability while thermal overload protection safeguards against motor overheating during extended use.
FAQs of 6 Radial Flow 50 Feet Borewell Submersible Pumps:
Q: How do I install the 6 radial flow borewell submersible pump?
A: Installation is straightforward and involves lowering the pump into a borewell of at least 6 inches diameter to depths of up to 50 feet. The pump should be secured with the provided standard 30-meter cable and connected directly to a 380-415 V power supply using the Direct On Line (DOL) start method.
Q: What applications is this pump suitable for?
A: This submersible pump is suitable for agriculture (irrigation and sprinklers), industrial water extraction, and domestic water supply, offering reliable performance in settings that require high pressure and efficient water delivery.
Q: When should thermal overload protection be checked?
A: It is advisable to inspect the thermal overload protection function periodically, especially during prolonged or intensive usage, to ensure the motor remains safeguarded against overheating and electrical faults.
Q: Where can this pump be used for optimal results?
A: Optimal usage is achieved in borewells of 6 inches or larger diameter, with water sources below 50 feet depth. It is ideal for installations in farms, factories, and residential complexes that require uninterrupted, clean water at significant pressure.
Q: What maintenance steps are recommended for long-term efficiency?
A: Routine maintenance includes checking cable connections, inspecting mechanical seals, ensuring a clean water source to minimize debris, and periodically monitoring motor performance. These steps help prolong pump life and sustain high efficiency.
Q: How does the water-cooled design benefit the pump?
A: The water-cooled mechanism maintains ideal operating temperatures during extended runs, reducing wear on the motor and preventing overheating, which is especially beneficial in demanding industrial and agricultural situations.
Q: What are the advantages of radial flow impellers and multistage construction?
A: Radial flow impellers combined with multistage design provide consistent high pressure and efficiency across varied water delivery needs, ensuring smooth, powerful operation for a wide range of applications.
