Product Description
4 Inch Submersible PumpSets (SS)
SINGLA [4"] Borewell Submersible Pump sets are made of hard wearing parts which makes the pump sets highly durable. All high head pump sets are fitted with non return valve which prevents back flow and reduces the risk of water hammering. Impellers and diffusers are made up of SS 304 grade which ensures long life in sandy bores. These pump sets are powered by water filled/oil filled rewindable submersible motors of continuous duty. The stator is made up of low watt loss silicon lamination and is wound with high grade copper wire [poly wire in case of water filled motor and enameled wire in oil filled motor] which ensures higher efficiency.

FAQs of 4 Inch SS Borewell Submersible Pumpset:
Q: How is the 4 inch SS borewell submersible pumpset installed?
A: Installation is vertical within the borewell, using appropriate mounting equipment to position the pumpset at the correct depth (up to 300 feet). Cable length is customized to site needs, and proper electrical connections (single or three phase) must be ensured as per the voltage rating. Always follow manufacturer guidelines for safety and optimal performance.
Q: What are the benefits of a water-cooled, stainless steel submersible pump?
A: Water-cooled motors provide efficient heat dissipation, enhancing the pumps longevity, while stainless steel construction protects against corrosion and rust, even in harsh water conditions. Together, these features contribute to low maintenance and reliable, long-term performance.
Q: When should I choose a single phase versus a three-phase model?
A: Select a single-phase pump (220V) for domestic or light-duty applications where three-phase power is not available. Choose a three-phase model (415V) for higher power requirements, industrial or agricultural contexts, or where extended pump runtimes and efficiency are priorities.
Q: What is the maximum water temperature and how does it affect usage?
A: The pump is rated for water temperatures up to 40C. Exceeding this limit may cause overheating and reduce motor lifespan. It is important to operate within the recommended temperature for safe, efficient functioning and to maintain warranty validity.
Q: Where can these pumps be effectively used?
A: These pumps are ideally suited for deep borewell applications across agricultural fields, residential water systems, and industrial water supply setups. Their robust design and range of specifications make them adaptable for diverse operational requirements.
Q: How does the automatic priming feature benefit the user?
A: Automatic priming eliminates the need for manual filling prior to pump startup, simplifying the process and ensuring consistent water delivery. This enhances user convenience and reduces the risk of dry running damage to the pump.
Q: What type of maintenance is recommended for this borewell submersible pumpset?
A: Routine maintenance includes periodic inspection of mechanical seals, checking for cable integrity, ensuring the water source is clear of debris, and monitoring overall performance. Scheduled servicing helps maximize efficiency and prolongs the operational life of the pump.
